Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 19.

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

That's 50 years established in Mount Isa during which time we have operated within the rules as laid down by the Licensing Commission at all times! Where were you 50 years ago Tony, when the Boyds were pioneers of the city of Mount Isa?

Where were you Mick Lowcock when the Boyds were supporting the St Joseph Nuns who walked the hot streets in their long brown habits? Where were you when the Catholic Priests had their meals at the Boyd Hotel?

Where were you when the Christian Brothers had no vehicle so the Boyds donated one? The Boyds are proud of Mount Isa and what they have achieved in it!

This 'bucketing" of them is nothing new........ They've heard it all before! (Blame it all on the Boyd Hotel!)

Years ago when Tony McGrady was asked why the "River People" were not moved on, he replied indignantly "That is how they live!" Different story now eh, Tony???

All of a sudden they can be moved on, and by the police (who's job it was all along). Yes, the police of whom you are now Minister!

You get the police to keep moving them on Tony and they'll get the message eventually.... And who knows? If you get the police to move them on Tony, day and night, you might even put a stop to our break-and-enters (average one a month), and save us thousands on wilfully smashed windows every year. Yep, you might even stop those offences at the same time!

And what about the regular "muggings" on people who are naive enough to think the streets of Mount Isa are safe? You might even put a stop to that as well!

It is the law that liquor be supplied to anyone who is not affected by certain behavioural factors as laid down by the Licensing Commission.

From our Bottle shops we consistently encourage people to be in a vehicle (their own or a cab) before service, but we must serve anyone on foot who is within the guidelines set down by the law.

Those people who run up and down the street screaming abuse and foul language have not just been served at Boydies!

And here's something else to consider, IT IS NOT ALWAYS ALCOHOL THEY'VE BEEN DRINKING, but let's move on...

Tony, whilst you were concentrating on inciting the people of Mount Isa to petition against our proposed Bottle shop at Sunset last week, the Coorparoo Police Station was robbed of a safe full of handguns. Earlier, according to media reports, a police officer's house had been robbed of police uniforms!

That's pretty serious business! My goodness Tony, as Police Minister I would have thought you'd have been concentrating of those matters!

Our proposed Bottle shop at Sunset will bring to Mount Isa a service which has been operating for over eight years in almost every other Queensland town and city.

It's called convenience shopping and does have some merit Tony, which is why a lot of other people are signing other petitions in favour

It will be a modern, strictly take-away store that will offer a wide selection of fine wines, spirits, liqueurs and beers. It will allow you to browse and select your cellar needs at the local shopping centre where you do your supermarket shopping and hopefully encourage local purchases instead of sending trade interstate via the huge membership of "wine clubs".

We operate two detached shops in Brisbane so we are experienced in their operation and excited about the opportunity of offering this extended service to the people of Mount Isa.

So why don't you look after Queenland's growing crime rate Tony, and you go find your lost sheep Mick, and we at Boydies will look after bringing another outlet choice to the people of this great city?

The rest of Queensland and all other states, have had licensed convenience shopping for eight years. Surely Mount Isans are going to be allowed into the twenty-first century with the rest of Australia!!!!!

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

In the recent decade the United Nations have done its best to dismantle the family as the basic social unit of the white societies.

Bringing up children in the Western Civilisation has been taken out of the family by the adoption of the United Nations' Rights of the Children.

The Declaration gives rights to immature children to escape responsible shaping of character in the traditional bonds of family.

In one of far too many examples, the husband of Mrs Julie X of Melbourne left the family leaving Julie with a 14 years old son and without means of living. She did a fine job in maintaining the family from the meagre social security benefit, but could not afford to spend on expensive luxuries.

Aaron, the son, was devastated by the break up of family and sudden change of living standards.

Under the family law, which incorporated the UN's principles, the Do Gooders stepped in, and incited Aaron with expensive Adidas joggers, trendy denim jeans etc to go into the care of Government. In Government care Aaron's education was neglected, he became alcoholic, drug addict and pusher. At the age of 20, Aaron has a long criminal record, is in and out of prison.

The Rights of Children are directed solely at the societies of white Caucasian races with the covert objective of demolishing their social structure. The United Nations have not made an effort to introduce their antisocial family laws in Asia, Africa, in well organised China, in the affluent Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Arab countries.

To appreciate the implications, one has to consider the facts; coloured countries dominate the United Nations at political and administrative levels under the leadership of an African General Secretary. They had the majority in making the Declaration to the detriment of white races. They seem to have acted from the platform of grudge for centuries of subservience, which was born from grave differences at cultural and economic levels.

In the covert racial war against the white civilisation, the United Nations' Rights of Children is a fresh addition to the weapon of illicite narcotics of Third World origin to pervert the white youth, the custodians of the white races' future.

By the evidence of art, mankind revered women throughout the ages from as early as the Stone Age until the recent decades, which have seen the female reduced to advertising tool, sex object and career woman. It was done under the disguise of woman liberation.

Since the early 1970s the pseudo-reformists and unscrupulous political opportunists have promoted female promiscuity on the ground that women should have equal rights to men's in sexual practices. They overlooked the fact that men's practices involved female partners by and large. Every copulation by a man, promiscuous or not, had been performed with a woman, not necessarily more or less promiscuous by habit.

Degrading the woman and liberation of extramarital sex was an evasive move by cynical and unprincipled political opportunists. They could not handle the unemployment and high rate of inflation, which came in the wake of the Oil Crisis of 1972, when the price of crude oil increased over five folds, crippling the economies of the technologically advanced world.

In order to distract attention from their inability to assume effective leadership in the crisis, the self-serving opportunists in politics reintroduced the ruling practices of decadent Roman Empire: Panem et Circensae, give the people bread and circus, compelling entertainment.

Bread was given in the form of meagre social security benefits for people out of work and without income. Since the cost of public entertainment was prohibitive, the self-serving leadership liberated the extramarital sex and open promiscuity that seemed to cost virtually nothing. What a cynical and short sighted leadership!

Needless to say, essentially the Socialists promoted promiscuity. They rode into power world-wide on the back of the Oil Crisis.

The social and economic costs have arrived few years later, and are still with us in the forms of curing sexually transmitted diseases that rapidly spread amongst the youth, funding futile research into curing thus far incurable terminal disease of AIDS, which have newly emerged in the wake of liberated homosexuality, providing medical and palliative care to the victims, gangs of unwanted, neglected and homeless children roaming the streets, and epidemic loss of fertility.

The loss of fertility is overcome by in vitro fertilisation and surrogacy at enormous costs to the taxpayers. The costs have emerged in terms of research and subsidised use of the expensive technique, legislation, administration of the law involved, setting up and maintaining the facilities, which dispense the services.

In the wake of experimenting with reproductive materials, a moral dilemma; the Clan of Dr Frankenstein has also revived.

Additional and tragic social costs are the children, the victims of sex education, which is enforced at the age of eight years. It has awaken premature sexuality and has resulted in early pregnancies in the ranks of young teenagers. Australia holds the damning FIRST place in having the highest rate of pregnancy termination in the age group of 10 to 14 years. The social Do-Gooders's learned response is to press for lowering the age limit of sex education by two years, and dispensing birth control to minors from the age of ten.

The same Do-Gooders have been very vocal in condemning the Asian and African practices of pre-arranged marriage consummated at the age of about ten. One wonders, why is it good for the children of Caucasian races that they find so condemnable for children of other races

In Australia, a country well isolated from the rest of world, Prime Minister Gough Whitlam, a Labour Reformist, was the proponent and leader of sex revolution. Four out of five members of the Whitlam Government were also members of the World Peace Organization and / or the Australian-Soviet Friendship Society. Both organizations were run and financed by the KGB. The organizations provided outlet to Soviet propaganda, contact facility with the leftist intelligencia, and recruiting material for the KGB.

In the drive to implement his outdated socialist ideologies, Whitlam burnt up the nation's wealth; spent the foreign currency backing of the Australian Dollar, burnt up the cash reserves of the Defence Forces' and Public Service's superannuation funds.

In his paranoiac fear of Defence Forces Whitlam disarmed the Army; the hand weapons were kept under lock. Soldiers on armed guard were issued one piece of ammunition that they had to return at the end of duty.

Whitlam's deputy, Dr Jim Cairns, was a fifty-odd year old fresh convert to hippy life style. Day in day our, Dr Cairns supplied rich scandalous material to gutter journalism. At the instigation of Rex Connor, Minster for Natural Resources, Whitlam solicited an Au$ 4 billion secret loan through the third rate money dealer Mr Khemlani of Pakistan. The secret loan was to come from the "Arab Oil Money" embargoed by the world community. Connor intended to finance the clandestine nationalisation of the Australian mining industry with the secret loan of black listed money.

Whitlam's economic policy was formulated by ideologues matching Karl Marx in terms of head-hair, not in intellect. As a result, the number of unemployed increased from 120,000 to over 600,000 in 18 months.

Eventually Whitlam was sacked in disgrace. He was voted out of office decisively with the greatest landslide in the history of Australian elections.

In accordance with the Personality Cult of the Labour Movement, sacked Whitlam has been idolised and immortalised by the Labour Party. His life style costs the Australian taxpayer more than keeping a whole government. He spends most of his time in the luxurious hotels of Paris and spends at the rate of Au$ 7 million a year, a bill footed by the taxpayers - essentially wage and salary earners -, whom Whitlam so badly treated...

It is an Australian tragedy that the landslide rejection of "Reformist" Labour Prime Minister Gough Whitlam put Malcolm Fraser into government. He was a disloyal back-stabber, lacking vision and care for Australia. His sole and greatest achievement was about 20 kg appreciation in body weight that he had put on during his eight years in power.

Fraser habitually back-stabbed those whom he was not comfortable with, like his former boss Prime Minister John Gorton, his serving Treasurer Philip Lynch. Mr Lynch was the best Treasurer Australia ever had, and therefore a threat to Fraser.

Having dropped from power, the unprincipled Fraser scratched the back of his political opponent, Labour's Prime Minister Bob Hawke, in a much pleasing way. In response, Hawke declared Fraser's character impeccable, and rewarded him with well paid political assignments.

Fraser considers himself The Doyen of Leadership on the ground that he had been elevated into and kept in power by the largest landslide majorities. The fact is; Labourite Whitlam was thrown out, and Labour was kept out of power in the most decisive way. Fraser dropped into power by default, for simply being there.

In recent years Fraser has been the Chairman of Care Australia, a charity organization involved in espionage in Yugoslavia. Care Australia solicits donations with the slogan "One Dollar a day keeps a child alive and educated".

His compassion for the misery of children came second, when he spent $20,000 of the charity fund for chartering an aircraft to attend a state funeral in Africa.

Needless to say, Fraser is a very wealthy man. He pays his bills with the taxpayers funded Gold Card, due to the ex-Prime Ministers. Besides, Fraser is a major sheep farmer in Narree Warren, in the outer suburbia of Melbourne, with lands priced at astronomical figures. He could well afford to pay his own fare.
